Le projet est idéalement situé à l'articulation de la place multomodale (tram et bus) hotel de ville d'Anzin et du parc urbain des jardins de Valmont. Les pensionnaires peuvent ainsi profiter de la station de tram, et de la vue sur le parc. Le bâtiment offre une variation sur la répétition des cellules et l'autonomie des grands salons ouverts sur des terrasses largement exposées au Sud et au paysage.

This project is located between the multi modal place, with tramway and bus, the city hall of Anzin and the urban park of the Valmont’s gardens. This way, residents can enjoy the park view and the traffic of tramways. The building’s design is a mix with a variation of cells to locate people and the autonomy of the sitting room which is opened on terraces widely exposed on the south side and the landscape.
