This project is a new organization of a major public space, forgotten by the urban planning in the 60’s, and invaded by a 800 cars-capacity above-ground structure. This project also creates a North-South relation in the city and arranges the important entertainment room of Rennes, “le Liberté”, with a south side opening on the square above the underground car park.
