SUR PILOTIS ET SUR PARC
Sur ce site privilégié des hauts de Joinville,face au bois de Vincennes, très proche du terminal de bus et de la gare RER, le projet s'est attaché à établir de nobreuses liaisons visuelles vers le bois et la ville. Le réhaussement sur pilotis permet un prolongement du bois jusqu'au pied de l'immeuble. Une passerelle permet un accès direct à la gare RER.

On this privileged site, located on the upper side of Joinville, in front of the Vincennes park and close to the bus terminal and to the RER railway station, the project create a lot of links between the park and the city. Thanks to the raising on piles, greenswards and plantations become an extension from the park to the building. A footpath gives a direct access to the RER station.
