Prix Eco-cité – Conférence Internationale sur le Bâtiment Durable 2018 en chine

5 villes chinoises ont reçu le prix Eco-cité pilote franco-chinois lors de la Conférence Internationale sur le Bâtiment Durable 2018.

Cette récompense distingue la conception du projet urbain, élaboré avec les 5 collectivités par l’équipe d’experts du développement durable du CSTB associée à l’architecte urbaniste David Mangin et Florence Bougnoux (agence Seura).

Exposition «Beffrois de la création 2014»


Inauguration à la MAV, à Lille de l’exposition sur les « Beffrois de la création 2014 », elle se déroulera du 20 janvier au 14 Mars 2015.

117 Social Housing Rouen - Rouen

Inauguration of 82 new housing units for IBS.
The operation extends over two large spaces that gently drop away to the river Aubette and the Sainte-Catherine hill. All the housing units have openings on two or three faces and each has a terrace or balcony. This is the final phase of a property programme that also includes a student residence with 135 studio flats for Nexity-MACSF and 35 housing units for Kaufman & Broad that have already been handed over.


TGV designated development area (ZAC) - Mulhouse

Inauguration of the bike park.
This new self-service shelter for 200 bicycles, accessible 24 hours a day, reinforces the multimodal Mulhouse TGV station exchange hub. It contributes to transforming the area into a strategic urban and connected district. Aligned alongside the passenger building, the structure reaches out towards and overhangs the railway installations. The bicycles are stored on two levels.


Les Halles - Paris 1st

Springtime in the Nelson-Mandela Park : the lawns open to the public.
The lawns of the section handed over on 17 December 2013 are located between the commodity exchange building (bourse de commerce) and the Saint-Eustache church. This first part of the park includes the meadow, the western end of the central lane, two planted atolls, high resistance concrete benches designed by Seura Architectes, as well as Place René-Gassin where the “Listening Head” statue by Henri Miller has been reinstalled. The subsequent phases will continue through to 2017.


Beffrois de la création

A regional transfrontier prize for “evolving territories and imagined futures”
SEURA was nominated for its works on the Coughain district in Grande-Synthe, the Villa Agnès in Lille and the Valmont gardens in Anzin. The results were announced on 22 and 23 October 2014 during the Forum Project City held in Lille Grand Palais.


Les Halles

The concrete slab for the Parkour sports centre has just been cast.
This hall will be the first permanent installation in France to offer schools and associations a centre dedicated to this new urban “art of movement” sport.
